the phytohormones in plants are :
auxins : the function of auxin is growth in response to stimuli.
gibberellins : is responsible for the stem growth. this is the hormone that helps in nastic growth, or undirectional growth
abscisic acid : this hormone is the growth inhibitor hormone.
ethylene : is responsible for the ripening of the fruit.
cytokinin : is responsible for rapid cell division.

Hi Arey here is your answer
_______________________________________
There are 5 types of plant hormones
The hormones are
1)auxin
2)gibberellin
3)cytokinin
4) ethylene
5)abscisic acid.
_______________________________________
1) Auxin
Functions -
It is responsible for the photo-tropism and geotropism.
Auxin causes cell enlargement by solubilisation of carbohydrates, loosening of cell wall micro-fibrils, synthesis of new wall material and increase in respiration.
It promotes root initiation in callus and stem cutting.
It induces parthenocarpy (seedless fruits)
Helps in healing of injury in plants.
_______________________________________
2) Gibberellin
Functions
Gibberellins have been found to be effective in inducing pathenocarpy in tomatoes, apple etc.
They also help in breaking seed dormancy
They increases the number and fruit size.
induces production of male flowers on genetically female plants.
_______________________________________
3) Cytokinin
These are found in a higher amount where rapid division is going on.
It delay the senescence of plant organs by controlling protein synthesis and mobilization of resources.
It promotes phloem transport.
It promotes production of female flowers.
_______________________________________
4)Ethylene
It helps in ripening of fruits.
It promotes apogeotropism in roots.
Low concentration of ethylene induces rooting and growth of lateral roots and root hairs.
_______________________________________
5) Abscisic acid
It helps in closing of stomata by causing potassium ions to leave the guard cells during periods of water shortage or drought and hence is also known as stress hormone.
It inhibits cambial activity.
It plays an important role in seed development, maturation and dormancy.
