Electrophile means a reagent that takes away an electron pair. They are positively charged or neutral species which are deficient of electrons and can accept a pair of electrons. Also called as electron loving ( phillic ) or electron seeking species.

Neutrophile means a reagent that bears an electron pair. These reagent contain an atom having unshared or lone pair of electrons. They are electron rich species and called as nucleus loving or nucleus seeking species.

Hope it helps!
