hey mate here is your answer:

1) Newton's first law of motion states that any body or object stays in uniform motion until an external unbalanced force is applied on it.

Newton's third law of motion states that

every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

I hope this helps you.

Newton's first law of motion:

▶Statement: An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless an unbalanced force is applied on it.

▶Meaning: There must be a cause for there to be any change in velocity or either a change in magnitude or direction. An object sliding across a table or floor slows down due to the net force of friction acting on the object. But on an air hockey table, where air keeps the puck from touching the table, the air hockey puck continues moving with a roughly constant velocity until a force acts on it Eg: When it bumps onto the side of the table.

◼Newton's third law of motion:

▶Statement: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

▶Meaning: A force is a push or a pull that acts upon an object as a results of its interaction with another object. These two forces are called action and reaction forces.

◼Difference between the first law and the second law:

✨The first law is talking about how a stationary object stays with the same speed and in the same direction  whereas, the third law is talking about forces upon an object

✨The object mentioned in first law is stationary  whereas in the third law, the object there is interaction between a force and an object.
