Afforestation refers to the planting of trees as to raise a forest or for the improvement of natural resoureces
Shelter belts are planting of trees or other shrubs at the borders of deserts to prevent desertification of the nearby cultivable areas.

Difference between Afforestation and Shelter belts :

Afforestation leads to the sowing of more and more trees in order to raise a forest or for the advancement of the natural environment.

Shelter belts are farming of trees or the plants at the boundaries of deserts to check desertification of the cultivable areas in nearby places.

Difference between deltas and Estuaries

Delta

A river delta forms where a river joins a sea and the landform composed by sediments of its material where the mouth of a tributary flows into an ocean. The Ganges Brahmaputra Delta is the biggest river delta across the globe at the Bay of Bengal such as Krishna Delta, Mahanadi Delta,  Ganges Delta, Brahmaputra Delta.

Estuaries

An Estuary is a marginal water body of rivers with an association to the open sea and created a transformation zone within river and ocean.

Estuaries are the most commonly fertile habitats in the world such as Thekkumbhagam Estuary, Baga Creek, and Kayamkulam Kayal. b
