  1. colloidal solutions the particle size is 10 to the power minus 6 to 10 to the power minus 9 whereas in suspension solution the particle the particle size is 10 to the power minus 6 metre
  2. colloid solution can be filtered by ultrafiltration whereas suspension solution can be filtered by ordinary filtration
  3. the solute and solvent can be e seen under the microscope in the colloid solution where as the particles can be seen by naked eyes in suspension solution.
  4. tyndall effect is seen in colloid solution whereas it may or may not be seen in suspension solution
  5. Brownian motions is seen in polite solution whereas it is not seen in suspension solution
