Linear motion refers to a motion in a straight path whereas circular motion refers to motion in a circular path. ... But in circular motion the person will always experience acceleration because direction of the person is always changing. Example of linear motion - a car moving in a straight road

hope its help if help follow me......

Answer:

LINEAR MOTION

1. The object is traveling along a straight line path in a given direction.

2. The direction of motion does not change.

3. Speed as well as velocity remains constant and hence, there is no acceleration.

CIRCULAR MOTION

1.The object moves along a circular path around a fixed point.

2. The direction of motion changes continuously.

3. Speed remains constant but velocity continuously change due to change in direction. Hence, it is an accelerated motion.
