Explanation:

You have to plot Ce/qe Vs. Ce. Slope of this plot gives 1/qm and intercept 1/qmKL. From which you can calculate qm and KL. Ce and qe are obtained from adsorption experiment.

qe = (C0-Ce)V/m,

qe = amount of Cu2+ adsorbed on adsorbent at equilibrium (mg/g), C0 = initial concentration of Cu2+ in solution (mg/L), Ce = concentration of Cu2+ in solution at equilibrium (mg/L), m = mass of adsorbent used (g) and V = volume of Cu2+ solution (L) taken.

Also for Cu2+ analysis u can use either ICP or by EDTA titration.
