Agricultural and other workers activity clash:

A farmer’s activity is largely depending upon the quantity and the type of crop is being produced. Some crops require more labour than others type of crops. Many labour-intensive crops are also farm labouroriented .

An example is produced of dairy products, fruits, tree nuts, and vegetables.

Although the domestic farm labour force has a decreasing trend and population of different types of hired workers has grown. Since hiring produce cheap labour farm owner are hiring them in exchange at a much lower wage.

Due to hard competition amongst agricultural producers and general workforce consolidation have produced a demand for a large, inexpensive, and temporary workforce that is increasing due to the migration of labour.
