A stamen is a part of the male reproductive system in a flower and a carpel is a part of the female reproductive system in a flower. Bisexual or perfect flowers have both male (androecium) and female (gynoecium) reproductive structures, including stamens and an ovary.

There are many flowers which have both stamens and carpels together in the same flower. A few examples of such flowers include Hibiscus, Sunflower, Rose, Lily, Tulip, and Daffodil.

Stamen:
It is a male reproductive part of a flower that produces pollen for their reproduction. The number of stamens in most of the flowers is the same as the number of petals.
Carpel:
It is a female reproductive part of a flowering plant that consists of ovary, style (sometimes absent) and stigma. The carpel is separate or infused to form a single pistil.
A perfect flower has both stamens and carpels and is sometimes also called Bisexual flower. Some of the common examples are Lily, Rose, Sunflower, Mango, Mustard, Country bean and Bitter gourd.
Hope it helps. Thanks.
