Q- What are parasites?
A- Parasites are plants (non-green) and animals that grow and feed on other living organisms. 

Q- What are the types of "Parasitic plants?"
A- There are two types of parasitic plants:
      (a) Total parasite- A parasite such as Dodder ( also known as                         Cuscuta) which completely depends on the host plant for its food is               known as a total parasite.
       
      (b) Partial parasite- A parasite such as Mistletoe which partially depends         on the host plant for its food is known as a partial parasite.

Q- What are the different "Parasitic animals?"
A- The different Parasitic animals are Mosquito and Louse. 
      
      They stick to the body of animals such as cats and dogs to obtain their           nutrition.
