In- : instable, incapable, insignificant, ect.
Un- : unimportant, unaware, unbeknownst, etc.
Im- : impure, impervious, impossible, etc.
Ir- : irregular, irresponsible, irrespective, etc.
Il- : illegal, illicit, illegible, etc.
anti- : antibiotic, antiseptic, antivenom, etc.
dis- : disarmament, disengage, disembard, etc.
non- : nonstick, non-cooperative, nonsense, etc.
mis- : misinterpret, misinformation, misogyny, etc.
mal- : malfunction, malady, malodour, etc.
There are more words in the English language with such prefixes. It is virtually impossible to fit them all here. I think I've covered most of the common negative prefixes...if I've missed any, please forgive me.
