AQUIRED TRAITS:
1)Aquired traits are those characters which an individual develop due to environment or use and disuse of organs.
2)They are known as sumatic variations.
3)They die with the death of an individual.
4)eg- body muscles, knowledge etc.
INHERITED TRAITS :
1)The traits that are inherited by the offspring from parent.
2)They are known as gametic variations.
3)They are passed from generation to generation.
4)eg- skin colour, eye colour etc.

Acquired traits :
_____________________________________________________________
# An acquired trait is defined as a characteristic or trait that produces a phenotype that is a result of an environmental influence.
_____________________________________________________________
# Acquired traits are not coded for in the DNA of an individual and therefore cannot be passed down to offspring during reproduction
______________________________________________________________
Examples: calluses on fingers , larger muscle size , skills like painting , singing , swimming , dancing etc.

inherited traits:
_____________________________________________________________
# those traits which pass on to the progeny from parents .
_____________________________________________________________
# Inherited traits are controlled by genes and the complete set of genes within an organism's genome is called its genotype
______________________________________________________________
example : eye color , hairs color , bent little finger, cleft chin etc.
