nutrition is basically divided into two types
1) autotrophic nutrition --- organisms which can prepare their own food
2) heterotrophic nutrition ---- organisms which cannot prepare their own food
autotrophic is of two types
1. photo autotrophic --- green plants
2. chemo autotrophic --- purple sulphur bacteria
heterotrophic is of 3 types
1. holozoic nutrition --- amoeba
2. saprophytic nutrition --- mushrooms
3. parasitic nutrition --- cuscuta
