Examples of the use of IT in everyday life, are as follows -

  • The most significant use of IT in our everyday life is the usage of the internet. At present we can easily access the internet with the help of personal computers or smartphones. Now, the wide range of applications of the internet in our daily life is known to everyone. From purchasing essentials from online stores to communicating with the person living far away, the internet has made everything possible.
  • News and entertainment industries, (which are considered to be an important part of our daily life), are now dominated by IT.
  • The whole banking system has been heavily dependent upon IT in the past few years. Net banking, online transactions, etc. are now very common in our everyday life.
