1)Consider melting of an Ice.It will first change into water and then might also turn into steam if the temperature is increased.But,we can Bring it back to the solid state(ice) by conceding the steam and the cooling the water,below 0°C.This is called a reversible reaction,that can be reversed back.
2)Now consider Cooking of an egg to make an Omlet.Once the egg is cooked into an omlet,you cannot reverse that change back to a raw egg.Such changes are called Irreversible changes,which cannot be reversed back.
