population is not actually an asset but it is also not a liability.
but we can ensure asset from our rapidly growing population
just imagine it if there is 567 people in a village and among of them 200 people are highly educated and engaged in some ITI companies as an asset .
another 200 people are not highly educated but also they are literate and performing some activities such as a teacher, a mobile reapare,
as a dress designer, etc means they are also asset .
rest all 167 people are illiterate but performing farming activities .
so the village will be devolop rapidly and the population become an asset in the village
