Give examples to show that only income can't be the criteria of judgement of development

Income or Per capita income as we say can't be the criteria of judgement of development :

1.Per capita income/income is one of the criteria in respect of economics but can't be totally neglected .

2.Income only provides us the economic aspects but does not tells us about how the income is distributed among the citizns of the country.

3.Criterions like literacy rate,infant mortality rate or net attendence ratio are equal criterion for measuring development of countries.
