• Litmus paper :- Litmus paper comes in two forms Red and Blue. The blue litmus paper on treatment with acids turns to red while the Red litmus paper on treatment with bases turns to blue.
• Phenophthelin :- Phenophthelin turns colourless on getting treated with acids while it turns pink when treated with bases.
