(2) the velocity is opposite in direction to the acceleration.
(3) the velocity is perpendicular to the acceleration.

1)If you throw something in the air then at the highest point the valocity is 0 but it will have a downward acceleration at the constant 9.8 m/s^2 due to gravity.

2)An object is thrown vertically in the air then the valocity will be in upward direction and acceleration will be in downward direction.

3) Orbital motion

Let's think of earth's orbital. The valocity stays perpendicular to the acceleration when the earth comes closest or farthest from the sun.

SARDARshubham: Excellent !
