HEY here is your answer

NH4Cl (Ammonium Chloride).

Three bonds in NH3 are covalent and has one pair of electrons . This loan pair gets donated to H+ ion and forms a coordinate bond and becomes Ammonium ion NH4+, then this Ammonium ion forms ionic or electrovalent bond after interacting with Cl - . So that NH4Cl forms all the three bonds.
