Here are a few questions that you would like to solve.


1.If the sum of the roots of the quadratic equation ax^2 + bx + c = 0 is equal to  the sum of the squares of their reciprocals,then show that ab^2,ca^2,bc^2 are in A.P.


2.If the sides of a right angled triangle form an A.P. , then find the sines of the acute angles. [ Ans : Sines of acute angles are 3/4 and 4/5 ]


3.If a,b,c are in A.P., then show that 1 /( √b + √c ) , 1/(√c +√a ) ,1/ ( √a +√b)
are in A.P.

4.What is the sum of all two-digit numbers which leave remainder 5 when they are divided by 7. [ Ans : 702 ]

5.What is the sum of the series 1^2 - 2^2 + 3^2 - 4^2  + ........ + 99^2 - 100^2.               [ Ans : ( - 5050  ) ]
