Arguments Against Democracy.

1) In a Democracy, there is a change of leaders often, which leads to instability.

2) In a Democracy, leaders are all in a circle of political competition and power play. There is barely any scope for morality.

3) Decisions taken in a Democratic country/Democracy takes a lot of time because a lot of people need to be consulted in the decision-making process.

4) Since Democracy is based on electoral competition, many people try to choose the way of corruption to win elections, etc.

5) Most Leaders do not know what is best for the people or the interests of them. It often leads to bad decisions.

Does that mean Democracy is not helpful?

No, With its disadvantages, democracy comes along with a lot of advantages. Even though it takes time to make decisions, it improves the quality of decision making. Democracy also provides a way to deal with differences among people.
