Cell with no distinct nucleus is prokaryotic cell, while the cell with definite nucleus is called eukaryotic cell

Prokaryotic cell is ancient while eukaryotic cells are modern..

Prokaryotic cell are found in bacterias where as eukaryotic cells are found in all other organisms

Prokaryotes are oftenly unicellular while eukaryotes may or may not be unicellular
