Other than 2, all prime numbers are odd. Now, to sum 2 numbers and get a prime number (which will be odd), then one of the 2 numbers must be a 2 because 2 odd numbers sum to an even number. So let’s see:

2 + 3 = 5 (OK, works. All numbers are prime.)

2 + 5 = 7 (OK)

2 + 11 = 13 (OK)

2 + 17 = 19 (OK)

2 + 41 = 43 (OK)

2 + 59 = 61 (OK)

2 + 71 = 73 (OK)

And I believe that’s it.

2 + 3 = 5 (OK, works. All numbers are prime.)

2 + 5 = 7 (OK)

2 + 11 = 13 (OK)

2 + 17 = 19 (OK)

2 + 41 = 43 (OK)

2 + 59 = 61 (OK)

2 + 71 = 73 (OK)

And I believe that’s it.
