5 ways are ,

  1. we can make a list of what we did yesterday and improving the bad things we did on that day.
  2. by introspecting yourself
  3. By remembering that we are humans and we have to perform good deeds.
  4. by confessing our mistakes in front of everyone and promising them that I will not repeat this .
  5. By thinking before doing something and also after doing something .
  6. All I told in this is that the best way is that introspecting yourself each day will make a tomorrow better .
