These are some basic differences, but Both are classified as a type of connective tissue. Bone is strong and nonflexible- Cartilage is flexible. Bonehas a hard matrix, whereas Cartilagehas a softer matrix. Bone has blood vessels, Cartilage does not have blood vessels.
