four suggestion for maintaining our digestive system healthy are as follows :-
- Do not eat uncovered or stale food .
- Always wash your hands before and after eating food .
- Always eat healthy food (home-made food).
- Do not eat junk food as it is bad for health .
Note :- I have some more so you can choose from them too if the above ones are not easy to remember here -
- Always eat meals at proper times .
- Every meal is important . So, eat three meals a day .
- Eat a balanced diet. Balanced diet should include all sources of proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates.
- Do not over-eat .
