  • Do not eat uncovered or stale food .

  • Always wash your hands before and after eating food .

  • Always eat healthy food (home-made food).

  • Do not eat junk food as it is bad for health .

Note :- I have some more so you can choose from them too if the above ones are not easy to remember here -

  • Always eat meals at proper times .

  • Every meal is important . So, eat three meals a day .

  • Eat a balanced diet. Balanced diet should include all sources of proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates. 

  • Do not over-eat .
