HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER:-

The nucleus is spherical and located in the centre of the cell. It is separated from cytoplasm by a membrane called nuclear membrane. In nucleus, two components are present chromatin material and nucleolus. Nucleolus contains RNA and DNA is present as the part of chromatin material. During cell division chromatin dogets organised into chromosomes. Chromosomes contain information for inheritance of features from parents to next generation in form of DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) molecules. Chromosome consist of both DNA and histone proteins and functional segments of DNA are called genes. In bacteria, nuclear membrane is absent and nuclear region is undefined containing only nucleic acid. This undefined region is called nucleoid.
