1. In equatorial regions, the tightly packed trees grow rapidly and to great heights. This is because they are all competing for sunlight and they have abudant rain fall. The taller the tree, the more light its leaves will receive.

2. In Tundra, it is difficult for vegetation

because of cold temperature and short

seasons. Vegetation in tundra is limited

to a few shrubs, grasses, and mosses.

And it may also be eaten by animals who

adapt this region as their Habitat.
