Heya folk . This the answer
Cytoskeleton is a network of fibres that is made up of proteins (present in cytoplasm). Found in humans, plants and animals.
The three major components of cytoskeleton are-
1. Microfilaments consists of actin and myosin proteins.
2. Microtubules consists of tubulin proteins.
3. Intermediate filaments.
They help in intracellular transport, formation of mitotic spindle etc.
Hope it helps :)

Heya user !!!
Here's the answer you are looking for
Cytoskeleton is made up of extremely minute, fibrous, filamentous and tubular proteinaceous structure which form the structural Framework inside the cell.
The cytoskeleton occurs only in Eukaryotic cells and is involved in many functions such as mechanical support, motility, maintenance of shape of the cell.
➡️there are 3 types of cytoskeleton:
1. Microtubules (these are found in cytoplasmic matrix of all Eukaryotic cells and mostly help in spindle formation and also present in cilia and flagella)
2. Microfilaments (these are present in Eukaryotic cells and provide support to plasma membrane)
3. Intermediate filaments (these are non contractile hollow filaments of acidic proteins involved in the formation of scaffolds for chromatin and in forming a basket around nucleus)
