Firstly, you should be well thorough with your NCERT textbook and the chapter end exercises because most of the questions at my time (CBSE 2019) came from there. Then you should go for past 5-10 years question bank solutions and S. Chand Science textbook because questions frequently repeat from there. Some other questions which came during my time were :
- Eye defect numerical + diagram
- Refractive index numerical
- Heredity [sex determination + (TTFF/ttff thing)]
- Electricity numericals
- Kidney diagram
- Chemical reactions
- Demerits of deforestation/Merits of afforestation
That's some of them which I remember. But let me tell you again that you should at least be thorough with your NCERT textbook and in text question solutions.
