During inhalation process we intake O2 and exhale Co2. When we intake the blood containing haemoglobin exchanges the Co2 and takes O2. This is a very essential process in human respiration.

The presence of this gas can be done by passing the gas released or just blowing our the air into the testing containg Ca (OH)2 if the solution turns milky then the Co2 gas ia present.
