MESSAGE OF THE STORY - THE LITTLE GIRL

The story 'The Little Girl' is written by Katherine Mansfield. The message of the story is that parents scold their children as they love them and want them to learn and to prepare them for the obstacles or challenges that they might face in life. However very strict punishments can have a negative effect on their children. At the same time, we also see that some parents may not have time to show their affection and love to their kids, but this doesn't mean that they don't love them. It shows that there exists a strong bond between parents and their kids.

Hope Helps!!!
