1 . Low productivity= The level of productivity was too low at tge time of Indipendence.
2 High vulnerability= It means Agriculture shows a high degree of vulnerability becoz. it was mainly dependent on rainfall.
3. No means of Irrigation= There were not any Irrigation facility.
