Kesari is a newspaper that is printed in the Marathi language.

Kesari was founded by Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak, a prominent leader of the Independence movement if India, in the year 1881.

The paper was mainly based on slogans and speeches that influenced the Indian population to rise for freedom from British rule.
