Heya!!
Here's ur answer...
______________________
THERMITE REACTION is used for welding purposes.
This is the reaction of ferric oxide with Aluminium.
The Iron gained from this reaction is obtained in molten state.
The reaction is highly exothermic.
Fe2O3 + 2Al -------------> Al2O3 + 2 Fe + heat.

Hey mate..
Here's your answer..
==============================
Thermite reaction is a displacement
reaction...between ferrous oxide
and aluminium.
⭐ The thermite reaction, otherwise known as the Goldschmidt reaction, is a spectacular, highly exothermic reaction.⭐
The reaction is as follows..
Fe2O3(s) + 2Al(s) → Al2O3(s) + 2Fe(l)
✔This reaction is used for welding
of railway tracks..
