Hey there...
To make a coincident linear equation of a given line, you have to change only the constant of that given line
So, the coincident linear equation is
2x+3y-2=0
or, 2x+3y-3=0 and so on....

Answer:
2x + 3y - 4 = 0
multiply by 2
4x + 6y - 8 = 0
multiply by 5
10x + 15y - 20 = 0
these are the 2 equation coincident with 2x + 3y - 4 =0
