Football is the most popular game in
the world. It is also called
saucer. Watching a Football Match is
different experience. And my favourite
game is football. So I never miss the
opportunity to watch a football. Last
Sunday our school played a football
match against the football team of
Adams Public School. It was played
on our school ground. A large number
of students of both the school
witnessed the match. We all were
very exciting. Football is played
between two teams in a big
rectangular ground. There are goal
post at both ends of the ground. At 3
00 p.m., both the teams entered the
field and took their positions. Both
the teams were in their high spirits.
They were dressed most smartly and
neatly. Both were appearing equally
strong. After the toss, the referee
blew the whistle and the match
began. Our school football team
played very well from the beginning.
We scored three goals before the half
time. After the interval, the teams
changed the sides. Adams Public
school tried their best to chase the
score. The captain of Adams Public
school got the ball and scored an
easy goal. The referee blew the
whistle and the game came to an
end. The match exciting ended in a
draw. It was really an exciting match
and the spectators appeared to have
enjoyed it very much.
