wire \: length = 44cm \\ circumference \: of \: circle = 44 \: cm \\ 2\pi r = 44 \\ 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times r = 44 \\ \frac{44}{7} \times r = 44 \\ r = 44 \times \frac{7}{44} \\ radius = 7 \: cm \\ area \: of \: circle \\ \pi r {}^{2} \\ \frac{22}{7} \times 7 \times 7 \\ 22 \times 7 \\154cm {}^{2} \\ length \: of \: each \: side \: of \: square \\ perimeter = 44 \: cm \\ 4 \times side = 44cm \\ side = \frac{44}{4} \\ side = 11cm \\ area \: of \: square \\ side {}^{2} \\ 11 {}^{2} \\ 121cm { }^{2} \\ area \: of \:circle \: is \: more
