Height = 14 cm

Let the longer parallel side be x cm .

Therefore shorter parallel side = x - 16 cm .


Area of trapezium = h × sum of parallel sides × 1/2

182 = 14 × ( x + x -16 )×1/2

182 = 7 × ( 2x - 16 )

182 = 14x - 112

182 + 112 = 14x

14x = 294

x = 294 / 14

x = 21

Length of longer parallel side is 21 cm and length of site parallel side is 5 cm .
