Here radius = 32cm

As it is equilateral triangle so every angle is 60

Now join BC with centre

Now as Let O be centre

So BOC = 120 ( as BAC= 60)

OB = OC = r = 32

Draw perpendicular from O to BC

as it will bisect

So OBC = 30

In OBD ( D is mid point of BC)

cos 30 = BD /OB

BD = cos 30 × OB = 32 × √3/2 = 16√3

So BC = 2× 16 √3 = 32√3

So area of equilateral triangle =

√3/4 ( 32√3)( 32√3)

96√3 × 8 = 768√3 =1305.6

Area of circle = pie (32)^2

= 3.14× 32× 32 = 3215.36

So shaded area = 3215.36 -1305.6 =1909.76
