Answer:

Most individuals, but not all tend to stay inside during rainy/nasty weather. Thus, missing out on Vitamin D and physical activity. Not having both of these parts in ones day surely contributes to why someone would feel sad/down

Especially the physical element for us humans. Its been proven countless times that physical activity releases chemicals, which create positive energy. Also, when you work on your physical well-being you will gain a sense of accomplishment. Which ultimately leads to happiness no matter what the weather.

Moreover, I feel it's a mindset challenge. Most correlate poor outside temperatures with the blues and leads one to complain about what we can't do due to weather. Instead try starting a rainy day off by coming up with reasons to be grateful for the precipitation. Example: It’s necessary for our water supply, crops in the field, ponds for the animals, your beautiful lawn that you work so hard on and so on. There's so many positives that come from the rain

Instead of looking at the negative side of getting rainy weather. Stop in that moment redirect your thoughts and pull something positive from it. Mindset is EVERYTHING...

Hope you would have got the answer...
