Longest Foam shall be formed in test tube A.

No lather will be formed in C as soap shall react with CaSO4.

Underground water in B is comparatively dirty than A, thus, A will form more lather than B.

Length of foam will be in distilled water or test tube A because it is a very soft water due to absence of impurities. So the soap will form foam easily. Hence, you will find lengthier foam in test tube A. In other test tube, presence of various salts like CaSO4 and and halides of Ca and Mg, they will react with soap particles and form scum . Hence, we will find most foam in test tube A.
