29) given,
     initial speed (u) = 56km/h ,time (t) = 1 sec = 1/3600 hour
final speed (v) = 58km/h
using, v = u + at
=> 58 = 56 + a(1/3600)
=> 2 = a(1/3600)
=> a = 7200 km/h^2

30)given
initial speed(u) = 0     acceleration(a) = 0.2m/s^2,      time = 180 sec
a)final speed
    v = u + at
    v = 0 + 0.2(180)
    v = 36 m/s
b)distance travelled
    let 's' be the distance travelled
  using s = ut +1/2 at^2
           s = 0(180) + 1/2 (0.2)(180)(180)
           s = 3240 m

hope it helps u
