I don't understand your question but if this is what the question says then:

What is the effective resistance when the following resistors with resistances of 1 ohm, 2 ohm, 3 ohm are connected in parallel with 6 V?

then the following answer of the above mentioned is this:

in Parallel connections

1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2 +1/R3 +……………………..+1/Rn

1/R = 1/1 + 1/2 + 1///3

1/R = 1 +0.5+0.33 = 1.83

R = 1/1.83 = 0.546 Ohms
