Today I'm here to say about the importance of water.water is an essential component needed by our body we should drink sufficient water for our body.All the metabolical actions will happen with the help of water only water is essential for digestion of food taken. our body contains 70 percent of water in our total weight.water contains certain minerals which are very much essential for our body.so we must drink water and save it for our future generations it is an important thing to save for future. thanks for giving this wonderful opportunity
