Question

x-2/3 = x-5/2

Answer

2x -4 = 3x -15

2x -4 = 3x -15 2x - 3x = -15 + 4

2x -4 = 3x -15 2x - 3x = -15 + 4 -1x = -11

2x -4 = 3x -15 2x - 3x = -15 + 4 -1x = -11 x = 11

Answer:

( x-2)/3 = ( x-5)/2

( x-2)×2 = 3×( x-5)

2x-4 = 3x-15

2x-4+4 = 3x-15+4 .....(adding 4 both the sides)

2x = 3x-11

2x-3x= 3x-11-3x .......(subtracting both the sides by 3x)

-x = -11

-x/-1 = -11/-1

Ans. x = 11
