Answer:

2. define.

(a) A condutor is a material in which electric current or electricity easily can pass.

(b) A respiration takes place in the presenc of oxygen, is known as aerobic respiration. In aerobic respiration 38 ATP energy produced.

3. Arteries: It is thick vessels in which blood flows from heart goes to different parts of the body.

Veins: It is thin vessels in which blood flows from different parts of the body goes to heart.

4. fuse helps alot in circuit, when current flows overflow then the fuse damaged. In other words , fuse protect from danger. Anything wrong happened in circuit it first damaged fuse , thus fuse is a protective material.

6. Excretion is removal of waste nitrogenous wastes from the body , which if stays in a body harmed other cells. It is necessary bcoz it removed the metabolic wastes or nitrogenous wastes from the body which is very harmful.

5. It is difficult to maintain constant motion of vehicles bcoz in roads there were many bumpers, people so we have to slow down the speed of the vehicles, but the road is straight then we can maintain the constant speed of vehicles..

Hope it helps.

1) The condition required for conduction of heat is the temperature difference between the ends of material (rod or any other form). Also, for conduction between two bodies, the bodies need to be in contact, along with having a temperature difference of course.

2) a)1. A probe or sound with a groove along which a knife is passed in slitting open a sinus or fistula; a grooved director. 2. Any substance possessing conductivity.

b) Aerobic respiration is the aerobic catabolism of nutrients to carbon dioxide, water, and energy, and involves an electron transport system in which molecular oxygen is the final electron acceptor. Most eukaryotes and prokaryotes use aerobic respiration to obtain energy from glucose.

3) 1st difference:
arteries:
Involved in carrying pure, oxygenated blood and nutrient-rich blood.
Veins:
Involved in carrying impure, deoxygenated blood

2 difference:

Arteries:
Red in colour.
Veins:
Blue in colour.

4) In electronics and electrical engineering, a fuse is an electrical safety device that operates to provide overcurrent protection of an electrical circuit. Its essential component is a metal wire or strip that melts when too much current flows through it, thereby stopping or interrupting the current.

5) Roads consist of curves, gutters, etc. Thus not allowing the vehicle to maintain a constant speed. Also it can be explained as due to a change in the frictional surface of the road.

6) The process of eliminating or expelling waste matter is known as excretion. Living things excrete. Excretion is the removal from the body of waste products which result from normal life processes. Waste products such as carbon dioxide must be removed. If they are allowed to accumulate they cause poisoning which slows down vital chemical reactions.
