Hardware :- Hardware are the physical parts of computer which we can see or touch.

For example : CPU (Central Processing Unit) , Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor and many more physical devices associated with computer.

Importance of hardware :

The very importance of hardware can only be judged as without them, our computer isn't a computer. Though, some of the hardware are not mandatory, like joystick, etc.

Software on the contrary are those parts of computer which cannot be seen or touched.

For example :- the operating system , internet browser or any kind of application.
