man is on the brink of 3rd world war. our world is so developed that the weapons we create can play a havoc with us. wIthin fractions of second, the world can be rendered lifeless. within the blinking of eyes, the world can get devastated. there is a direst need of maintaining peace between each other. the recent issue is the north korea 's hostility towards japan where it is admonishing japan to submerge it with it's nuclear power.
